While on immunosupression(due to organ transplant) Can i go for prp for hair if my platelet counts and other tests are normal? Are there any contradictions as in the efficacy of prp for hair loss studies i have read that immunocompressed patients had been excluded from the patients experimented.

Prp is effective, but I have a very specific protocol, every 3-4 weeks for 6 months with prp therapy. I also add in progesterone to speed the healing process. After that the injections are tailored down. You should also be on viviscal and other growth promoting ingredients. See an expert for...
Consuming any food or liquid, including energy drinks, around the time of your treatment should have no effect on the results you will obtain with the PRP.
Best to return to your provider. Should your provider not be an MD, I encourage you to visit a MD. If due to PRP hair regen, this is a rare occurrence. The procedure has a very high safety record when performed properly.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
