Is immunosupression (after organ transplant) a contradiction to PRP for hair loss and is it safe to get it done?

While on immunosupression(due to organ transplant) Can i go for prp for hair if my platelet counts and other tests are normal?Are there any contradictions as in the efficacy of prp for hair loss studies i have read that immunocompressed patients had been excluded from the patients experimented.
