Can a cluster of bumps be surgically removed with any complications? (photos)

This can be improved with a combination of peels, skin care lasers and microneedling/prp. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

thanks for your question- without seeing it in person its difficult to tell but I wouldn't want to excise this area. I would look at laser vs. dermabraision to help this issue as this may be able to smooth the area. PRP could be added to the mix for improved results.
