Blood in the urine comes from many causes not just kidney problems. Some of the reasons are serious and some are not. You need an evaluation. Some of the causes of blood in the urine cause hair loss, but most don’t. You need to see a physician. 

A full evaluation by your physician is needed to determine cause of blood in your urine.  Underlying illness and stress on your body can definitely contribute to hair loss.  But a diagnosis needs to be made and full evaluation to determine all the factors involved in your hair loss, in order to then treat it. Good luck!
