Assuming that you've noticed no change in the size, this could be an early capsular contracture and/or signs of a rare early rupture of a gel. I would consider imaging such as an MRI for further evaluation. Hope this helps!

It is not unusual to have some different sensations as you age and some of your tissue changes. At times, a small amount of fluid is still present around the implant, and you may be feeling this. At times, some scar tissue is present and you notice it.

More information is needed in order to determine what may be the cause of the sensations you describe. If you have been examined and are still concerned you may wish to talk to your surgeon about further testing such as a mammogram or an ultrasound.

If your complaints are temporary and gone in some weeks, the there is probably not a problem. If they are still there, then consult for imaging with mammogram, ultrasound and MRI if needed. There might be a rupture of the implant, or capsular contracture or some other thing that cause you these strange feelings.

Dear. it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You will need to get a clearance from your doctor prior to surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
For my opinion, after 3 years of breast augmentation surgery, you need a breast MR imaging.

You are experiencing non-specific sensory issues with your 4 year old breast implants. It is possible that you have developed more pec. major muscle which makes your breast feel different with activity. It is also possible that you are begining to have early scar formation around your implants, which changes your sensations with activity.
If this problem persists or gets worse, or if you have signs of swelling, you may check for fluid around the implants with an ultrasound. Plan to be examined again by your surgeon.

Your history suggests a mechanical issue with the breast implant. Bubbling suggests the presence of air within a saline implant. However, the possibilities are multiple. The nature of the problem cannot be determined over the internet. Your surgeon performed an examination and did not discover any abnormalities.
It may be a good idea to undergo another evaluation in another 3 months to rule out the presence of a slow leak.
