Hello, after vaser liposuction, fat injection can be made into the buttocks. However, local anesthesia is not recommended for this. It can be safely applied under general anesthesia. The vascular systems you have shown do not suffer any damage in fat injection and there is no risk of fat embolism. You can safely have it done by a doctor who is experienced in fat injection into the buttocks.

The Gold Standard for a safer BBL and fat transfer to the desired areas is use of high definition VASER liposuction coupled with innovative technology known as Safe California Ultrasound Assisted Buttock Augmentation (SCUBA) used at Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Institute, Laguna Beach. All tissues of the body require nutrition, provided by the vasculature. Blood vessels are everywhere within the body! The major blood vessels you depict in your images are deep within the peritoneal cavity, a considerable distance from where liposuction is performed. Liposuction is a safe procedure.
In our practice, we have found that liposuction results are improved when the surgery is performed under general anesthesia.
