I'm going to pay for a deep plane lifting, but the documents say the middle of the face is endoscopic and deep plane. I talked to the doctor and he says that he also uses the endoscope to help him, but still the nurse said that in 5-7 years I won't need changes to my face (it's not like they do an endoscopy and cut a little skin on the ears and say it's deep plane, only deep plane lasts 10-15 years) I paid 1000€ in advance. How do I know that he will do deep plane lifting?

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty and it would make the greatest difference. You would also benefit from a browlift to raise your eyebrows and make them more symmetrical.
