Thank you for your question. Apply a cold compress to the area for 10 mins on 10 mins off as much as possible for 3 days. All the best,
Technically after 72hrs, icing will not do much in terms of reducing swelling/bruising. Bruising and swelling is very common to this area after filler and will resolve after 5-7 days.
Icing is important for the first 48-72 hours after filler injections to sensitive areas, regardless of whether it is performed with the traditional sharp needle technique or with the bruiseless microcannula technique. I personally dont treat tear troughs / eye hollows with Juvederm as I have found that it can often lead to a "swollen" or "doughy" look even weeks to months after the injections -- this is thought to be the case because Juvederm is more hydrophilic, or draws more water, than the other Hyaluronic acid fillers.
I typically recommend that people ice for the first 48-72 hours after undereye injections. This is a common area for bruising after fillers. You can also sleep with your head elevated on a couple of pillows for the first 2-3 nights to minimize swelling.
I wouldn't do it. What if you have a complication with the Juvederm like a blockage of a blood vessel or an infection. Too close together for my comfort. Nothing is simple in medicine. Something can always go wrong.

Fillers come in full and sometimes half-size syringes. The cost of a full syringe is always more cost effective than that of a half-syringe. In most people, the remainder of a full syringe can typically be put to good use in other locations. I generally like half a syringe if treating just the...
