...the swelling is gone, those wrinkles are minimized, but I can still feel the hard and somewhat lumpy gel under my skin, and two little pouches of saggy skin seem to have formed right below the site of injection (bulldog like!) My jowls seem to also be more noticeable. I feel that overall, I look older than I looked when I just had those deep wrinkles on the sides of my mouth... Should I assume that things will take care of themselves and get smoothed out in a short time? I worry about getting the Juvederm dissolved after reading some of the commentaries that said that that left them with a "hollow" look they didn't have before the Juvederm injections, but I also don't want to look like this for a year! Where did the saggy skin come from?! What else can I do that does not involve cutting and sewing or more injections? (I will NEVER do this again!) Is a laser treatment something I should consider to firm things up? If so, what kind? I definitively don't want to risk making things worse!

Thank you for your question. I do see a difference. There is more fullness in your bottom lip compared to the top. I do see the outline of your upper lip was injected. Some patients will need more then 1 syringe. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best Wishes
I recommend waiting 2 weeks before any facial treatments. Any pressure to the face may cause manipulation of the product. It's always beneficial to play it safe. Thanks for the question.
A small amount of product used to the marionette lines can help to decrease the lines. Schedule an appointment with an experienced injector to obtain a accurate assessment. Discuss your expectations. Thank you for your questions.
