You could try botox - I would try doing to a combination of the mentalis (the chin that seems "too big") and then also to the DAO (which is what's causing the dimpling). You need to know that this has the risk of 'messing up" your smile, at least temporarily, if it's NOT the right treatment but if it does work, then you would just need to consistently do that.

This could be corrected by injecting Botox into mentalists muscle on the chin. I recommend injecting 6-8 units of Botox in this situation.
