Is there anything I can do about these jowls? (Photo)

Hello! I'm a 33 year old woman, who noticed that one side of my face has more of a jowl appearance when I look at my left side profile. At least I think they're jowls. Is there anything I can do that can help alleviate this? I've heard that some people use Botox or fillers, but I'm not sure if those options are right for me? I'm also sharing photos of my right side profile and front of my face. Would love to know your thoughts :)

Hello,
There are many ways to help improve the look of the jowls. Many of our clients have had the same concerns you have with the hollowing along the jaw line. This hollowing can be easily resolved with different modalities.  First I might consider some filler in the lateral face to help lift the lower face, I would also suggest filling along the jawline specifically the pre jowl sulcus and lateral chin shadow. If you are looking for improvement right away filler is the way to go.  If you want to slowly correct this area I would consider a biostimulator such as Radiesse or even using your own Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF). PRF can be heated into a gel and injected like filler. This allows for your own growth factors to rejuvenate the area. It will give some volume and improve the look over time. 
Another option, Morpheus 8 (radio frequency micro needling) to help improve the jaw line by tightening the skin along the jaw.

Jowling can be minimized with 4 units of a neurotoxin in the depressor angulari oris on each side and 15 units along the lower border of the mandible and platysmal band on each side (known as a Nefertiti neck lift) to relax these muscles. The result is elevation of the lower face. 
A more invasive solution is a minimal liposuction and Renuvion of the lower face.

Hello; facial asymmetry is a very common situation. We can say that, even the nostrils are often not be the same. In this case, the purpose of aesthetic interventions is to make the face as symmetrical as possible and to achieve the golden ratio. You are 33 years old and you are very young. Interventions such as Botox and Fillers, will not solve this asymmetry in your chin and food line. On the contrary for these, filling the lower part of your face, makes your face heavier and rounds your lines as well. Initially, you need to get rid of from these fat cells; that cause swelling in your chin contour and on the sides of your mouth, which are caused by fat pads on your cheeks in a descending point. In our clinic, we use Vaser to destroy fat cells under the chin area and chin by blasting them with sound waves. This procedure, which is performed in a single session, can be easily implemented in a clinical platform with only regional anesthesia, and its affects are permanent. Due to this, I recommend for you to have Vaser technique done; so that your jaw line becomes sharper and your double chin disappears. I'm sure you will be very pleased.

Based on your nicely posted photos, my first impression is you have buckle Fatpad issue on one side, which would need a medical work up. I would recommend a facial ultrasound to compare the two sides of the air face to see if it is a buckle, fat pad or an enlarged salivary issue. Then must rule out laxity in one side of the jaw area. So you may need just buckle fat removal on one side or more on the affected side than the noninfected side, or combine with a mini anterior facelift, or both. Best to do virtual consultation.
