Dermal atrophy from injections - skin depressions and discolouration. Can this be fixed? (Photo)

There are 5 lumps under my skin of Salmon PDRN which I found out was a MN only product. Plastic surgeon said ingredients not toxic and nodules will resolve with time as no granuloma etc (ultrasound). However past few weeks I have large depressions appearing in skin with what looks like non healing bruises as there is a grey discolouration. There were bruises at injection site originally. Plastic surgeon said dermal damage from product and nothing can be done. Can this be fixed and to what degree?
