Hi, I'm 23 and about a year ago I started noticing smile lines and lines under my eyes. I've been trying to ignore it but any time I look at my reflection in overhead light, I feel 10 years older and it makes me so insecure. I look at other girls my age and none of them really are experiencing what I am. I wanna know what my best option is. I'm thinking about filler but its so temporary, I'm wondering if there are any good treatments with long lasting results and how I can prevent further aging.

At least from the photos provided, there appears to be significant facial volume deficit, which accounts for the flattened cheeks, the under-eye tear troughs and hollowing, and the prominent smile folds. In the hands of an experienced filler injector, the use of a robust, HA volumizing filler to contour the cheeks, if properly performed would like address all three of these issues in one fell swoop.
