I always watch trans. Guys transforming into women bodies.. Most of them have perfect breasts... Much natural looking than implants... How?!! One time one of them said it's 'permanent collagen'... Is that true? I am really looking for natrual looking breasts augmentation... Far from surgeries and implants.. My breasts are loose and not good looking maybe because pcos has given my body some type of body shape.
Answer: Breast augmentation The safe and reliable options for breast augmentation are saline or silicone implants and fat grafting. The implants available on the market today can produce beautiful and natural looking breasts. There are shaped implants that mirror the natural slope of the breast. I recommend visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to learn more.

Answer: It’s black market liquid silicone, not collagen Trans women sometimes have black market liquid silicone injected into their breasts in lieu of breast implants. These injections are done by unlicensed non-medical providers under non-sterile conditions. The liquids injected are not designed for this purpose and this can have severe side effects. Sometimes the results can look great initially and for the first few years but these injected materials tend to harden and become painful after many years. They can deform and disfigure the breasts and other body areas where they are often injected (cheeks, lips, hips, buttocks) and migrate to other areas of the body. I have had to perform complete mastectomies (the same kind women with breast cancer have) and breast reconstruction in several women with severe silicone granulomatosis of the breasts. The bottom line - don’t inject anything into your breasts (there are zero FDA-approved injectables for BA at this time). Only get treatment from board certified plastic surgeons. Doing anything else risks your health and life.

Answer: Collagen Breast Enhancement Most fillers used are temporary, a few last longer than others, permanent fillers are silicone and some other products that have been removed from the market.I would not recommend any of these for breast augmentation. Fat grafts do well in lot of patients (like healthy non-smokers)I have seen patients that have gone to non-medical people and have had industrial grade silicone injected in their breasts and or bottoms. This is the same substance used to caulk around sinks and bathtubs - so don't be led down that path.Modern Gel breast implants are safe and effective with great patient satisfaction in 90% of patients.
