I went for anatomical implant 535cc with congenital symastia repair. I have under the muscle and internal sutures to hold down the symastia. Can some1 please help as I'm panicking my boobs look awful and the symastia is still visabley there if not worse
Answer: Congenital symmastia Usually a breast augmentation would not fix congenital symmastia. I don't think you should expect this result to change with time. You should talk to your Doctor about other ways to correct congenital symmastia.

Answer: Synmastia Concern, Post BBA Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. You appear to be very early post op. Swelling in the tissues is expected at this point and will take at least a few more weeks to subside. I recommend that you follow up in person with your surgeon to determine that you are on track and discuss any concerns. All the best

Answer: I had congenital symastia, when getting repair I opted for an implant as well I'm worried surgery didn't work? I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast surgery. Personally, I think that the use of sutures to correct congenital symmastia can be problematic, both from the standpoints of predictability of successful repair as well as from the standpoint of aesthetic outcome. For example, I do not think that the use of sutures on native breast tissue "holds" well. I have had the opportunity to help several patients with congenital symmastia utilizing different techniques; I often combine liposuction surgery of the pre sternal area with breast augmentation surgery. A second stage operation (capsulorraphy) may be helpful in improving the “definition” of the medial breast border (cleavage) if necessary. Sometimes, the use of acellular dermal matrix may also be helpful when it comes to improving the definition of the "cleavage area", decreasing visible skin tenting, and preventing breast implant movement too far towards the sternal area. Best wishes.

Answer: Too early to tell Hi C_L_C,Thanks for your question and for sharing your photos. It would be helpful to know how far along you are in your recovery as your may not be at your 'final result' yet if you are still within the early stage of recovery.I would strongly suggest you make an appointment to see your plastic surgeon again where you will be able to discuss your concerns.

Answer: Breast augmentation Your implants appears to be too large for your frame, resulting minimal space left between your breasts. Smaller/narrower implants with stronger reattachment of the inner portion of your pectoralis muscles would have prevented this problem. After revision , external taping/compression bra for 6 weeks would help to maintain the repair.
