I'm 4 days post op for septoplasty. I'm extremely nauseous from swallowing blood.

Nausea can occur following surgery for a number of reasons including response to anesthesia, pain medications, etc.  You should contact your surgeons office to see if they can prescribe you and anti-emetic medication to help reduce the nausea.
