I hit my nose a week after septoplasty and I was wondering if I did any damage?

I could still breath and it didn’t hurt for very long. The side I hit it on looks more bigger, but my nose still appears straight. Also, could hitting it do slight damage and not redeviate the nose, or would the only damage possible be redeviating it?
