Can you go for laser lipo (non invasive) treatment while on anticoagulants (bloodthinners)?

Hi, I have been exercising and dieting but just can't seem to shed some unwanted fat. I would like to know as I am a lifer on Xarelto 15mg (once a day) due to forming clots while I was on the pill and after my C-section. I did test negative for Aps, Lupus etc. Would it be save for me to go for a laser lipo (non invasive) treatment? Does laser lipo do something with your hormones? Thank you

I suggest you First confirm your diagnosis or get an assessment. A lot of people have skin laxity that looks and feels like a fat problem.

Laser Lipo is typically abbreviation for laser assisted Liposuction.

This is a surgical procedure that cannot be done while on blood thinners.

Any external light treatment is going to be 100% ineffective it for fat removal.

The only nonsurgical treatment option that can actually potentially give results is cool sculpting which has a pretty dismal track record for efficacy or patient satisfaction.

Even if you’re not a candidate for a surgical procedure currently you can still get an in person consultation to Get a proper assessment.

There are a number of methods available to reduce fat. There are a number of laser machines, like Zerona, which I prefer, that use externally applied laser energy to reduce the fat and CoolSculpting, that freezes the fat to remove it. Everything else is invasive liposuction and carries the risk of bleeding with you on Xeralto. When someone says "Laser Lipo" they are usually referring to a liposuction system that uses laser energy within the liposuction canula. So be careful if someone tells you that it is "non invasive."
