Hello,I am 39 years old and have 3 children. I am not a beach body person, but being DD and 5'2. I am considering going for a laser lipo RF cavitation for breast reduction. I have been looking for answers that why it's not suitable for female breast. But there is nothing on the internet which can give me enough information. Is it because of mammary glands, breast cancer or being close to heart? Then why it can be used on male breasts? Thank you so much in advance any help will be appreciated
Answer: Lipo Candidate - VASER HD, J Plasma/Renuvion/Inmode BodyTite tightening, fat grafting for buttock lift/BBL, Cellfina/Sculptra liposuction is never great for breast reduction in most instances, however, ultrasound+RF is better I find that laser if you were to do it and not do a true surgical reduction You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring. Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra. If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty). Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting. Answer: Liposuction Can Work for Breast Reduction Hi SA, I don't know why more people don't get Liposuction Breast reduction. I have been able to get some pretty great results. Liposuction combined with skin tightening with BodyTite can reduce breast size up to 50% and give a nice lift. When compared to open surgical breast reduction, liposuction and skin tightening can not give as much reduction or lift so for very large and saggy breasts the open surgical breast reduction and lift is still the best option. However Liposuction breast reduction has many benefits: it doesnt leave large scars on the front of the breast, there is no risk of nipple sensation loss or even nipple death. The biggest issue in the past was skin laxity however the new technologies like BodyTite you can get a good lift of the breast as well, often an inch to 3 of nipple elevation. I recommend you search out someone who has a good bit of experience with breast liposuction to see if this could be the best option for you. Wishing you the best of health.

Answer: Breast reduction Dear Sa aslam, breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. I also use a SAFE liposuction technique to reduce additional fat around the stubborn axilla area and bra line. This way, my patients are achieving beautiful results with minimal incisions which reduces downtime and delivers an overall better breast shape long term.If you are considering breast reduction surgery, you should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and make sure your surgeon understands your goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breast reduction by means of liposuction The majority of breasts are comprised primarily of fatty tissue so liposuction can be an excellent tool in reducing the size of the breast. Using laser or other devices that heat tissues in the breast is simply not advisable because we don't know of the effect that it may have on the glandular tissues. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
