I had a seroma on my face after laser lipo, seroma has gone but still puffy? Will it go away? What can I do to help it?

this needs surgery to get improvement but RF treatments like forma/venus legacy or mopheus can help.  I suggest you see an expert.

Any swelling from the procedure done in South Korea should be resolved by this late after the procedure. I would suggest seeing a plastic surgeon for a 2nd opinion as to the cause for your puffiness. Best wishes, Mary Beth Mudd

It’s true compression garments should be worn 24/7 after surgery, otherwise you can get fluid pockets.It’s hard to know exactly what is going on with your face, a physical exam is a good start. At 16 months after surgery, the swelling and inflammation of healing have subsided. Residual fullness persists, suggesting scarring or residual fatty tissue.
Without examination, I cannot go further.
I recommend evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon. You may be a candidate for secondary revisional surgery.
