Aspen ultrasound therapy for capsular contracture, advice?

My doctor diagnosed me with stage 2 of capsular contracture. I want to try the aspen ultrasound therapy before I consider surgery. I live in Johannesburg, South Africa, I have no idea if there are any places that offer this therapy. Please help? Are there any doctors in Johannesburg who offer this therapy?
