What can be done to remove nodules caused by silicone injections in the lips? (photos)

A few years ago my Daughter received silicone injections in her lips. Two large bumps developed. One doctor tried injecting the nodules with steroids, however it didn't help. We have consulted with a few other doctors but have yet to come up with a solution. Please help!

Since your upper lip has more volume and projection than your lower lip, I would recommend an injection of a filler, such as Restylane to your bottom lip, and particularly in the center, so that the bottom lip is more proportionate to your upper lip.This filler should last approximately 4-6...

We charge $2500 per session of injecting fat to the lips. It is very unpredictable but there are no allergic reactions to it.
