A few years ago my Daughter received silicone injections in her lips. Two large bumps developed. One doctor tried injecting the nodules with steroids, however it didn't help. We have consulted with a few other doctors but have yet to come up with a solution. Please help!

The most effective way to remove silicone nodules in the lips is by surgically excising them.  Surgical excision may potentially create scarring in the lip as well, but these can typically be hidden in the non-visible portion of the wet lip.
