What is the best treatment for demodex mites ? is accutane a good opition ?

Hello , my doctor diagnosed my with demodex mites that causes rosacea . she gave my accutane 30mg (51kg ) along with pdl lasser . I'm considering the pdl because of the high price , is it enough to take accutane ? or there's another treatment ? my face is red small pumbs and blood vissels .
