Hello , my doctor diagnosed my with demodex mites that causes rosacea . she gave my accutane 30mg (51kg ) along with pdl lasser . I'm considering the pdl because of the high price , is it enough to take accutane ? or there's another treatment ? my face is red small pumbs and blood vissels .

Without knowing more about your history or previous treatments or severity of the disease, be sure that you understand a few things. Demodex is commonly found on skin biopsy and is not a reason to take Accutane. Accutane is indicated for severe nodular acne refractory to alternative therapies. I would advise trying alternate therapies first and seeking a second opinion regarding your rosacea. PDL may give you some benefit and is a more commonly used modality for rosacea.
