My favorite treatment for DPN are a combination of electrodessication and a light chemical peel.  DPN is a genetic and chronic minor skin condition, so you will need repeated treatments.  Fortunately once you remove the majority of lesions, you are left with maintenance treatments once...

There is a combination of treatments you can have done to give improvement including pulsed dye or yellow laser for redness and fraxel or viva for bumps/complexion and pores.  It also helps rosacea.  Please see a cosmetic laser dermatologist.  Best, Dr. Emer.
