Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Unfortunately, there is no treatment (surgical or non-surgical) that will eliminate neck creases. They can be made less noticeable with hyaluronic acid filler injections or non-ablative lasers. Neurotoxins, such as Botox, would not be effective either. Neck lift procedures are very good for removing excess skin and treating banding caused by age-related changes in the platysma muscle. But, you do not have either of these two issue (at least that can be determined from your photos). To get an understanding of all the options that might be available to you I, would suggest consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon. Good luck! Dr. Harmych.
It's hard to confirm if a #neck lift would be the #solution based on the photos alone. However, at this point, you may benefit from non-surgical or non-invasive treatments. I suggest consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon to learn more about the #options available for you.
Horizontal neck lines like forehead neck lines could be improved with soft tissue fillers like juvererm and restylane. Since the neck lines are long and multiple, several syringes, at least 2 to 3 are necessary per treatment.
It can be very difficult to treat lines across the neck. I would say it would be difficult to completely remove the lines but it is possible that a radio frequency treatment, such as Fractora, could improve them.

There is no easy answer for these, but you could try some HA filler like restylane silk placed very superficially in the skin. They will be better, not gone.

It's best to begin by consulting with a surgeon in-person. The presence of banding down the front of the #neck, and, amount of excess skin and condition of your skin are among some factors which determine what treatments will best rejuvenate your neck . During an in-person examination, your chin...
If you had a necklift, expect swelling to go away gradually, usually over a period of 2 months. This may depend on the amount of liposuction or muscle tightening done on the front of the neck. In regards to the smile asymmetry, you may have some nerve weakness from your surgical procedure or li...
