Does thinning of skin after a peeling and inflamed skin ever become normal again? (photo)

I have done 3 times fractional laser and 3 times peeling, but the last time I was having redness in the area before doing the last peeling, the result was a dark large spot that the doctors said it become thinned skin . is this thinning will become normal? now its been 2 months since I peeled it, there is an improvement but still didn't become normal, and how long does it take to become normal . i'm using now soskin densifying cream and repaderm gel activateur
