Hello, I had orthognathic surgery a year and a half ago (mandibular advancement and maxillary 3 piece lefort I). I was discussing with my OMFS removing my mandibular plates due to some tenderness and the antegonial notching or depression from the osteotomy sight. I don't like the irregularity in my jaw line and i notice it all the time. Also, I have noticed some asymmetry between my right and left side in terms of the angles and fullness. Can anything be done to help correct this?
