Hello! For the past year or so I started noticing that my chin looked particularly big compared to people from anywhere else. I didn’t particularly see that before, i just thought my face as a whole was ugly but then I realized what made my face look bad was my chin/jaw (and nose). My face shape is an oval and usually oval faces have a wider chin (wider than forehead). Regardless, I feel like I don’t look feminine enough with the way I look.

Your approach should consider and increase in the fullness of the 'midface'/cheeks to yield a good balance with the lower jawline (eg cheek implants). Ideally, one does not 'reduce' definition; but rather increase contours. The images do not allow further comment but go one step at a time
With a combination of excessive bone and soft tissue a submental approach is needed to reduce the overall size of the chin. In your case the soft tissue chin pad is just as much at fault as that of that of the bone.
