Thinking about getting bht to cover area that was depleted from FUE. Can I realistically expect a good result that is hard to detect from this procedure. Also could I ask a surgeon to use my neck beard instead of my actual beard so I can still grow a good beard.

Answer: Donor area masking To be honest, your best bet is scalp micropigmentation. This would be the best bang for your buck since you keep your hair short anyways. That's just my personal opinion and I don't even do SMP. That being said, certainly beard hair is your best bet. The neck hair is possible but you would need to look closely to determine where it extens to and if it would be enough hair. For me, my big question for you is how you plan on styling your hair (ie growing it out) once your hair transplant is successful.

Answer: Donor area scarring The use of body hair to cover your FUE scars is a terrible idea. The use of Scalp Micropigmentation is the gold standard for this problem
