I. suggest you see an expert your type of skin needs aggressive lightening and complexion blending, aerolase laser treatments and very light peels.  TCA can cause you to get worse pigmentation as its very inflammatory and not best for dark skin.  Dr. Emer.

Getting a few light tca peels such as 10-15% TCA peels would help a lot in getting the discolorations of the face more even and nice looking

Yes, it could help, however glycolic peels in your skin type is far safer. Start off with 10% before going to 40-50%, obviously under the supervision of a clinic.
