Hi. I am a white male, with untanned skin. I've done a 25% TCA neck peel with great results, but on a second try, with the purpose to fade an incision scar, I've developed postinflammatory hyperpigmentation, possibly because of doing a too deep 1.5 mm microneedling as well. A further month later 25% TCA didn't ameliorate the issue as you can see in the photo. Would further, lighther TCA peels help in comb. with sun protection and bleaching agents? Could be dermal hypermelanosis? Thank you.
