Hiding scar dimple above pubic area? (Photo)

Question

I am bothered by that dimple/line that the vertical scar above my pubic area is creating. What could can be done to correct it. When I pull the skin park this car it's self is almost invisible. If it were flat It would be Perfect.

Thank you for your question and photograph.  There are several options available to you including releasing the scar from underneath the skin and filling in the undersurface with either dermal filler, or better yet fat to try and even the area.  If you have some mild skin laxity another option would be to excise this scar to better reapproximate the underlying fatty tissue to prevent this dimple but it would likely leave you with a longer vertical incision.  See a board certified plastic surgeon for a discussion of your options.

I think there is information missing. Is that scar from a tummy tuck with a small vertical component?  Sometimes scar revision may help.
