Doctor just now 3 weeks later prescribed santyl to get rid of the bad tissue up above my nipple how long do you think it will take to heal I'm so sad and just disgusted every day staring at this ugly boob and it leaks going on 3 weeks yellow and blood

I am so sorry you are suffering with this complication.  I'm not sure how to rate your problem.  It appears your nipple has been lost almost completely and you have some necrotic tissue which needs to be removed.  Santyl can frequently help, but as a surgeon I would recommend debridement.  Sometimes after when the wound has cleaned up a bit, you can close the wound altogether in a small procedure.  There are many options for wound care, wet to dry, alginate dressings, wound vac, etc.  Close follow-up with your surgeon is important as your implant is at risk for infection while you are dealing with this complication.  Good luck!

10 because complete loss of N/A complex. Which will need reconstruction of areolar and nipple in a few surgeries!
