How to get "almond shaped" nostrils??

Are there any grafts that make it possible to change the shape of your nostrils? For example, could somebody go from having wide nostrils that stick out to almond shaped nostrils? If so, what grafts? Thank you ,

This does not look like a cut to me, though the photos are blurred/out of focus. It looks to be oriented exactly at the same angle as your nasal splint edge, which you appear to be lifting a bit. Most plastic surgeons have a policy for when patients have to pay for their elective cosmetic surgery. There is usually a statement about refunds as well. If you have changed your mind about going ahead with your surgery then speak directly to your doctor about this issue.

I slept face down, 6 days after Rhinoplasty. I'm not entirely swollen and not in pain or anything. Would my results be affected?

It is not ideal to sleep face down so early. Your splint should protect you reasonable well for the first week. It is doubtful things could be reset in the office if the nose has moved but more likely you would need another minor surgery .
