How to get "almond shaped" nostrils??

It is certainly possible to change wide oblique shaped nostrils into a more almond or oval shaped nostril that is more vertically oriented and narrower. This typically requires some sort of nostril and alar base(side wall of nostrils) reduction in order to achieve the narrowing and change of direction of the nostrils. Grafts can be used but are typically the last resort unless there is previous surgery, scarring, or very wide nostrils that require some lifting. If a graft is used, typically a septal cartilage graft from the inside of your nose is best suited for graft material.
