I simply had a rhinoplasty (removing a small hump, rounding the sharp edges tip, widening the lower bridge with internal nose grafts) 15 days ago and currently the result is awesome. The only mistake was masturbating at day 4 post op. I didnt notice afterwards any excess swelling or blood discharge. What are the chances that i have caused internal problems like the being said "scar tissue" and if so is it reversible ? Currently the edges of my nose tip and the columella are still hard. Best,
