I had 360cc saline allergan moderate profile placed under the muscle. I am one week post op and a few days ago I noticed an odd feeling on the side of one of my implants. At my post op appointment today I was told that this was rippling and could correct itself. What are the odds of this happening? Will I need a revision? The ripple is far more noticeable when doing the massages advised by my doctor (like when I squeeze the implant down)

Answer: Rippling I can't give you any specific odds, but your implants will change daily over the next 3-6 months as your breasts heal and drop/settle into their final position. So, there is a very good chance that this will resolve on it's own. Don't worry or stress over it. Just be patient and kind to yourself as your body recovers -- Dr. Nazarian

You are still very early out from surgery so things will change over the next few months as the implants settle. This may help the rippling become less noticeable. Don't stress out too much now as things will change as your healing progresses. Make sure you keep your follow up appointments with your surgeon
