What could be causing vertical black line and recent changes happening with my nose and how can this be corrected? (photos)

Over the past months my nose has been deforming and a black vertical line (ish) has been showing up, running from the top towards the tip. My tip is starting to feel split as well and there‘s a subtly feeling of discomfort and "heaviness". The skin has been more red and is increasingly looking "old", if that make sense. I‘m worried and wondering what this might be (especially the black line and what‘s best to do. Thanks you
