Hello, I don’t know if I need a real surgery or a non invasive one. I had my bbl done in 2015 and this is how my hips look like years later. My hips are wider than my thighs. I was 155lbs and now I’m 165lbs 5’2. I had PDO threads and sculptra done at the same time but I didn’t see any big changes. can I have fat transfer into my thighs to make them look proportional with my hips?? Or which procedure to reduce slightly or evening my hips with my thighs?? Thank you again for your expertise
Answer: BBL results Dear Nanoukhar, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Hips/thighs Liposuction of the hips to bring them down a bit is the easiest procedure. If desired, sone of the fat may be placed in your outer thighs.

Answer: Revision BBL specialist Your Buttock needs fine tuning that can be done with a combination of liposuction and fat grafting. Use of the BBL assessment tool can be very helpful to hone in on both the shape and size that you desire. Please consider a virtual consultation from a BBL revision specialist to appreciate what needs to be done.

Answer: BBL results Different plastic surgeons have different views on how this procedure should be done. All too often plastic surgeons will liposuction the outer thigh in order to give the illusion of having a larger bottom. this destroys the natural feminine S-curve that should be the goal when it comes to female body contouring. purposely thinning out the thighs and adding volume to the hips creates what I call the “lollipop look”. To make a quality assessment we really need to see before and after pictures. If Liposuction was done on your thighs then it becomes more difficult to restore the volume with fat transfer than if no liposuction was done previously. To restore and ask her will most likely require both reducing and adding volume in the perspective correct places. Delivering consistent quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of choosing the most talented and experienced providers for this procedure. Revision work is more difficult than primary body contouring cell provider selection becomes even more important. I recommend patients have multiple in person consultations and carefully vet each provider before committing to having surgery. There are no non-surgical options they’re going to correct your body shape. To get the correct contour may require several procedures. During in person consultations ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures for BBL results and in your case for any revision work they’ve done in the past. Make sure after pictures were taken at least three months from the date of the procedure. View results from all angles viewing the body contour from the armpit to the knees looking for providers who can create an harmonious even S-curve. Find the right plastic surgeon and everything falls into place. Correcting poorly done previous work is far more difficult than primary procedures. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
