We generally recommend against taking alcohol with accutane. It will not show on the blood test and don’t bing drink (that’s having more than 4 drinks for women and 5 drinks for men) as it’s generally bad for your health and liver. Elevated liver enzymes do show up if you drink excessive alcohol for a long period of time.
