How long before starting Accutane can I get a piercing?

I start accutane in about two and a half weeks and I want to get my cartilage on my ear pierced and also second piercings on my ear lobes.

there is no reason you cannot get a piercing while on accutane.  I suggest proper post care with CLN wash, and silagen and emerageskin refit face.  See links.  Best, Dr. Emer.
