Am I a good candidate for a brow bone reduction? (Photo)

Hello, hope you are doing well. The area you have outlined is also called the glabella. At The Spiegel Center, we routinely perform forehead contouring as a method to feminize the face. This involves creating an incision in the scalp to access the glabella in order to reduce the bony projection. There is not an alternative that I am aware of that can produce a comparable effect without directly addressing the bone itself. Sometimes a browlift and/or forehead reduction (hairline advancement) is performed at the same time based on the patients goals and anatomy.
