11 months post op swelling - could this be causing the lack of definition on my nose tip? (Photo)

I had my rhinoplasty 11 months ago and find that the right side of my nose is noticeable bigger/puffier that’s the left. My nostril is much more noticeable and even the profile view is different when compared to the left side view, I find that there’s no definition on the tip of my nose (right side), Can this be related to swelling? Please help
