Septoplasty recovery, need for rhinoplasty in future? (Photo)

I had a septoplasty, FESS(B), NP (B), Conchotomy (B) in one surgery, 20th July. I was actually far too sick to consider anything cosmetic at the time of undergoing these procedures and I now wonder if I've lost my chance for rhinoplasty to fix my dorsal hump? Also wondering if the septoplasty was effective since my nostrils look exactly the same as before surgery. How would I check for this?

It’s worth finding out if that’s a cartilage graft. If so the graft may need to be removed at some point if it continues to be a problem.
