Will this thickness go away after lipo 2 weeks ago and will it tighten up? (Photo)

Just got liposuction 2 weeks and have hardness around my jawline. Two weeks ago I got liposuction, some from next and chin. I had a huge double chin, they took out 244ml. I still have kinda thick band around my jawline. It look much but wondering will this thickness go away and will it tighten up? My doc is great but never talk to me much..
