Abdominoplasty consists of removal of all the tissue from umbilicus to the pubic area. The muscle/fascia will be repaired from breast bone/xiphoid to the pubic area. The incision/scar is hidden in the underwear.
SAL/liposculpture can also sculpt the flank area.

Without photos or examination it is hard to advice, however with major weight loss as you describe, there is likely to be stretched, excess skin. Yes, you will be able to live normally after TT. However, you should understand that tummy tuck has a downtime of around 2 weeks and a healing time of 6 months. It means that within the 6 month period of healing, your activities will be limited.
