3 months post-op. Can I wear a tight-neck t-shirt? Will it pull on or damage grafts?

All this time i was trying to wear wide neck t shirts not to rub against my scalp , but at the 3 months mark i wore a tight neck basic tshirt which rubbed against my scalp while i was putting it on ? Could i have damaged or pulled a graft at this point ? Thank you for help Doctors.

After the first 10 ays the grafs will be secured and you can start wearing tshirts with tight neck. There won't be any problem.

At 3 months post-op, you can return to your daily routine. If you are concerned, contact your surgeon for post surgery care.

At this stage, there is no problem about what you wear on. The very first 10 days of post-procedure is crucial, until the grafts are anchored to the skin. Later, you can wear anything you would like.

Hello. Yes you can wear tight neck t shirts. At this point in your recovery you’re pretty safe to resume your normal activities including pulling t shirts over your head.

At 3 months, you are completely healed and should be able to wear anything you wish as nothing can harm the grafts
