2 weeks post-op. What does it mean to have a few ingrown hairs by the donor site? Will I still grow hair on those donor grafts?

I recently had 3000 Grafts placed in the frontal part of my head and I noticed 13 days post op that a few of my donor sites had ingrowns . It was not just a bump from healing - it actually had hairs in them . Can it be that some of the follicle was left behind or the tissue ? And can it be that I will still grow hair on those few donor grafts ?
