1 month PO. Has my donor area been over harvested after FUE? Is scalp micro-pigmentation the only way to correct it? (photos)

I had an FUE Hair Transplant 40 days ago and this is how the donor area currently looks. I had 2000 grafts transplanted. Will SMP be my only option to correct this? And is it normal for the back of my head to be red for this long? Thank you in advance

Answer: Your donor area will always look "thinner" proportionate to the number of hairs taken out after a FUE harvesting surgery.
