Holding back a sneeze 3 months after hair transplant ? Will it dislodge grafts, or affect final results?

I’m 3 months post FUE, yesterday i was around people close to me and I fought and held back a big sneeze, I felt pressure in my scalp , Will this have any effect on my grafts, or my final result? Thank you, doctors in advance.
