My recipient area gets really dry after using Minoxidil, what is a good remedy to combat the dryness? (Photos)

30 YO M 1 month s/p 4500 unit FUE. Currently using Propecia, Minoxidil, and biotin supplements. My Minoxidil causes my recipient area to get really dry after I use it in the morning and at night. Is it okay for me to use baby oil after Minoxidil use on my recipient area to keep my hair moist? If so, how long do I have to wait for the Minoxidil to be absorbed before I can apply the baby oil or lotion to my recipient area?
