15 days post FUE, hit and scraped recipient area. Will it be ok? Are the grafts for the most part safe at this stage? (photos)

I had FUE, only 1000 grafts, 15 days ago. Today I slipped trying to an elevated push-up and scraped the recipient area a bit. Slight bleeding and some hair fell out. Seems to be no swelling but the skin of the scalp is scraped. Bleeding was slight, just like a small scrape or broken skin. Bleeding stopped quickly and I’ve applied neosporin. Bump was not hard, no swelling.
